StrongHeart Farms is a regenerative vegetable farm. We farm 2 acres of vegetables split between two locations. 0.75 acres of our farm is located on Big River Farms incubator program in Marine on St. Croix, and the other 1.5 acres is located just west of Taylors Falls. We cultivate both plots in an intensive market garden style so we can provide nutrient-dense, chemical-free produce to ourselves and the surrounding community.

Distribution

We have the ability to deliver produce to the greater Twin Cities and suburbs. We are a small scale vegetable farm. We have a delivery cargo van which we can use to deliver produce to wholesale locations. We can make arrangements to deliver direct or we can coordinate to have our produce picked up at our farm.

Business Experience

This is StrongHeart Farms first year producing mixed vegetables. This farm is run by Eleanor and Pearce Jensen. They have 2.5 years of experience raising vegetables in Central Oregon for Rainshadow Organics. In Oregon, they sold and packed vegetables for various wholesale accounts including: local restaurants, Whole Foods, and local coops.
