We have the ability to service one restaurant with USDA inspected lamb seasonally from December to April. Butchering services are available or discounted pricing for whole carcass. We could provide a weekly or biweekly delivery schedule. Logistics and volume are somewhat flexible but would need to be planned at least 6 months in advance of harvest.
Business Experience
Medicine Creek Farm was founded in 2016 and manages relationships with over 400 direct-market customers. We have sold beef wholesale to a handful of restaurants over the years and currently work with a specialty butcher and food truck for their seasonal needs.
